The Advisory Board
In order to make this program a success we relied heavily on the work of an advisory board. Made up of community, business, religious and educational leaders, this board has representation from around Sac County that meet monthly to make improvements and decisions about the running of the East Sac Mentoring Program.
We have worked on this project since December of 2018, and hope to have created a program that all who participate will enjoy. |
If you would like to contact the board, or are interested in joining the board. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will get back to you shortly.
What are our long term goals?
We aim to create a program that fosters local talent and highlights the job strength of our county. We also seek to create a program that forms greater connections between our schools and the towns that bring their students to us. Building a stronger community by the connecting those in the workforce and those who are eager to become a part of it.

When young people are connected to caring adults, communities do well.”
